So let’s have a listen …
The song kicks off with a lovely guitar and keyboard vamp. The vocals kick in, accompanied by a sax for added atmosphere. The chorus “down on lonely street” is catchy. I love the sax in this song, very tasteful. I like how the song raises pitch in the instrumentation, then falls back into the verse. Nice middle bridge where the song gets punchier.
I love the muted spoken word vocals at the end of the bridge, followed by a killer sax solo. From there, the song goes to another chorus. I’m liking the lyrics in this song. Lovely job! The musician’s performances, mixing, and production on this song are very tasteful and professional.
SCORE/Excellent: Bruce Bednarchuk’s new single, “Lonely Street” will have you singing and humming along. The sax playing is lovely. The piece shows advanced songwriting experience. The song will catch and keep your attention. Very well produced. Very lovely song. Nice job! I hope people will choose to listen to this song again and again. Much love, Beth
